Minho’s traditional architecture house from the early 18th century, located 6 kilometers from the mouth of the river Neiva, in Forjães, a few kilometers from Esposende (13 Km), Viana do Castelo (15 Km) and Barcelos (16 Km), in a very quiet and beautiful region. There are two flats with two bedrooms each, one in the main and the other in a side house- Casa da Eira.
Each apartment has a living-room, a kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms and a garden. For common use there is a swimming-pool, a playing-field and a playroom with billiards, snooker and table tennis.
The nearest beach, Foz do Neiva, is 6 km away. Between Viana do Castelo and Esposende there are others within a short distance.
Taking the highway A28, the distance to the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) is 58 Km.

Casa do Matinho property has two houses, the Main House and Casa da Eira:
Main House
It's the main house of Casa do Matinho property. It has 2 double rooms, and can accept two extra beds. Has kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. In the ground level this house has the games room and a barbecue area. In the garden the swimming-pool. These facilities are for all guests usage.
Casa da Eira
Casa da Eira was recovered from a building that existed in the old threshing floor of the property. It has 2 double-rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room, and it's possible to add 2 extra beds for children. It also has an exterior patio, under the orange trees, access to the common swimming-pool and outdoor games field, the indoor games room and barbecue area.
